Home Watch Services

Our services involve monitoring the condition of your property and home to ensure everything is in working order. We conduct a thorough interior check, including flushing toilets, running water, and testing garbage disposal, dishwasher, doors, windows, and smoke alarms. We also check the fridge and freezer to ensure food hasn't perished. We are happy to be there for you if you require a service visit for your AC, plumbing, electrical, or other (scheduled or emergency) contractor service.

We attentively observe your home’s exterior, landscape vegetation and irrigation, by walking the property at every visit.

If you have any vehicles on your property, we can start the engine and even drive them a short distance to keep everything working properly. Additionally, we can receive any scheduled deliveries (autos, packages, furniture, etc.) on your behalf.

Placing trash and/or recycle bins at curbside and bring back up to the property once trash/recycling has been collected.

Your home will be open and ready for your arrival. Including but not limited to turn hot water heater on, setting and/or programming A/C, Turning on pool heater, organizing cleaners, landscapers, outdoor patio furniture cleaning, backyard cleaning, etc.

Our top priority is communication, and we will keep you updated regularly. If there are any potential issues, we will send you pictures and communicate effectively to ensure that everything is taken care of.
